Anne graduated from Shenandoah University with her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy and has an undergraduate degree in early childhood education. She is passionate about serving women and children to enhance overall quality of life. She has always had an interest in pelvic health and having dealt with a few struggles of her own during pregnancy and postpartum, she is motivated to foster individualized care to empower women to achieve their goals. Anne has completed many continuing education courses on various topics related to pelvic health and postpartum rehabilitation. Anne received the Occupational Therapy Dean’s Award, which recognizes an outstanding graduate who demonstrates academic excellence, professionalism and potential for future contributions to the profession. Her capstone project was creating a six-week, workshop-style program on Diastasis Recti Abdominis (DRA) to serve postpartum women and increase overall quality of life.
Anne is a new mom who enjoys spending time with her husband, Hunter and son, Owen. Currently, they are working on attending a major league baseball game in each MLB stadium, and visiting all 50 states. She also enjoys scrapbooking and spending time outside with her two dogs, Eva and Huk. She is always up for new adventures to make memories that will last a lifetime.

Christine earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland in 2010 and has had the privilege of working with patients from one month old all the way up to 101 years. Her passion lies in supporting women at every stage of life, and she is dedicated to empowering them through her role as a pelvic health specialist. Christine recently celebrated her one-year anniversary at Gaia Women’s Physical Therapy and loves making a positive impact on her patients’ lives.
Christine believes in taking a holistic approach to care. She is committed to educating her patients, helping them better understand their bodies and equipping them with practical tools they can use to feel better and take control of their health. She has participated in yoga teacher training, with specialized classes in yin and restorative yoga and love sharing these modalities with her patients.
When she isn’t working, you’ll find Christine spending time with her family outdoors. She is happiest tending to her garden and hunting down native plants to photograph. During the colder months you’ll find her operating the scoreboard for her son Brandon’s ice hockey team.

Over the 11 years of experience as a PT and nearly 9 years as a mom, Maggie has discovered her passion for helping women navigate their own bodies at all stages of life, but especially the passage into motherhood.
After struggling with her own postpartum journey and having to travel between several states to find quality and specific care, she decided this was a service that needed to be provided locally.
Now, Maggie is on a mission to educate, support, and promote optimal women’s care. She is eager to create a place where prenatal and postpartum care is natural, routine and available.
